Mother’s Day Gift Guide Part 1

Looking for unique Mother’s Day gifts? I’ve put together a list of some of my favorite wellness gifts for every momma at any age, at every price range.  And yes, of course they’re a little woo woo, because that’s how I roll. Click the titles to go directly to the web pages.

Cozy Earth Socks

I added these Cozy Earth Lounge Socks Slip during my last bedding haul, and I cannot believe how comfy and plush they are. Grab them in a 3-pack, and get an extra set for yourself. Better yet? Cozy Earth’s mission is to provide ultimate comfort while minimizing their environmental footprint. Pun intended.

Healing Waters Oracle Deck from Rebecca Campbell

My oracle card practice has become a huge part of my spiritual growth. Rebecca Campbell’s Healing Waters deck has had a profound impact on me, as well as  The Sacred Traveler by Denise Linn. I’ve given both to several of my girlfriends. These cards offer profound insights and guidance and are a perfect gift for anyone looking for spiritual growth.

Electric Tea Kettle

I fell in love with electric tea kettles when I visited my friend Stacey for my first plant medicine journey (a topic for another post). I love the simplicity and ritual of turning on this lovely kettle, whether it’s for tea or ceremonial cacao. The kettle has multiple settings for the perfect temperature and stays warm if you get distracted (me) or want a second cup (also me).

Ceremonial Cacao from Conquer You Cacao

Speaking of cacao, my friend Taylor started a small, independently owned Cacao business in Utah. This blend is made with the highest quality ceremonial-grade cacao that’s infused with a unique five-mushroom super blend. The health benefits of high quality cacao and functional mushrooms are profound. Grab an extra bag for yourself. Use the code COACHTRACEY for an extra discount.

Monthly Flower Subscription

A few years ago, I purchased myself a subscription to Bouqs, and it has been one of the best investments. The best part is you can choose your flowers each month, and you can decide to send them to yourself or a friend. I alternate between treating myself and sending them to people I love. Give it a try.

Yummy Candles

The right candle is worth every penny, and I love purchasing products from small business owners, especially women 👯‍♀️. Lohn candles are female-founded and made with vegan, cruelty-free and paraben-free ingredients. Another female candle maker I love is Sunshine and Sage, which makes crystal-infused candles with a bunch of themes like “Zen & Shit”. The owner is adorable and you’d be helping a small business owner while getting a gift for someone you love.

Reiki-Infused Jewelry

Speaking of crystals … again, topic for a longer post, but my friend Kim makes stunning jewelry featuring sacred gems, as well as offering a beautiful variety of crystals and reiki-healing sessions. I’ve gifted my favorites to several of my favorite mommas and think of the necklaces as a way to spread positive energy and healing.

Higher Dose Infrared PEMF Mat

I have the full-sized version of this mat, but if I could go back, I’d grab the smaller, more versatile “Go” version. This infrared PEMF mat can help reduce stress, increase energy, improve sleep, circulation and muscle recovery. It’s an investment, but it’s a good one.

Red Light Therapy Mask

Have you been hearing about red light therapy everywhere? Red light therapy has been shown to improve skin health, reduce inflammation, and promote overall well-being. The two that I have – and love – are this face mask by Dr. Dennis Gross, and a Joov desktop panel.  There are ones at a variety of price points on Amazon.

I’d love to hear what your buying, so drop me a line or find me over on Instagram so I can see what you decided on! And to all of my mommas out there, happy Mother’s Day to you. xoxo

Update: You gave such great ideas! Part 2 of Mother’s Day Gift Guide is LIVE.
